Comfort Systems USA-Kentucky offers Design/Build solutions, service, start-up and construction installations to include estimating, engineering, project management and validation for HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Automation Control Systems and a variety of Security systems. We are the manufacturer’s representative for Schneider Electric Building Systems, Delta Controls and Tridium. Additionally, we offer a variety of rental equipment for both cooling and heating system needs. So, if you need a short-term equipment rental solution for your heating or cooling systems we will provide a turn-key rental solution for your need. We have four locations in the State of Kentucky so that our Team can respond locally and timely to your needs.

On Friday 12/31/21, Comfort Systems USA-Kentucky closed on the acquisitions of Thermal Equipment Service and TES Controls. Thermal Equipment Service has been renamed Thermal Service LLC and will do business under that name, or Comfort Systems USA- Thermal Service. We are certain there are synergies between our two companies and we will be evaluating those opportunities in the coming months to find ways to leverage those opportunities and increase the level of service that we provide to our customers. TES Controls has been rebranded as TESC Automation and will continue to operate as a stand-alone controls division for Comfort Systems USA-Kentucky. The company is the Delta Controls partner for the States of Kentucky and Alabama. They are also the provider of Delta Controls to Toyota nationally. Their office is located in the Richmond KY office where Thermal Service is located. Comfort Systems welcomes the 110 employees of these two companies to the Comfort Systems family of companies and we are very excited to have you on our TEAM!!
